As of a few hours ago ,the planet Pluto is now the"Dwarf planet pluto".
It's orbit apparently messed with that of Neptune, a meeting was called under the performance evaluation framework, and it is now no longer one of the nine.
The remaining eight sit uneasily awaiting a backlash. Shortly there may well be at least three others as moves go on in the corridors of power, where will it end?

Prague! the Int. astro union Apparently it was a close vote forced by the man whom discovered a non- planet bigger than pluto.
In other news Plutonians have announced they will now refer to the third orbiting body from the sun as "Mars with parasites"
The other "planet" was called XENA, after the warrier princess in TV land.
An article in todays Toronto Star quoted a museum source saying that they were spending all day going around exhibits expunging pluto from the records, seems like they are under employed at the Ontario science centre!
